Lesson #2 - recovery workout

It has taken me until a couple of weeks ago to realise that when you are meant to be doing a recovery session, do it as recovery.

I would always start a recovery session with 'oh I feel good, I'll go harder'. Then it finally clicked with me the reason you do the recovery session is so your body is ready for the next hard one. It took until my body was constantly aching and just unable to push it harder for me to realise this. 

I've started to do recovery sessions when they are set in the plan and my body is responding well.
